Each 32GB module is a 4G x 64-bit DDR4-3200 CL16 SDRAM 2Rx8 memory module, built using sixteen 2G x 8-bit FBGA components per module. Each module has been tested to run at DDR4-3200 with a latency timing of 16-20-20 at 1.35V.
The SPDs are programmed to JEDEC standard DDR4-2400 latency timings of 17-17-17 at 1.2V for broad compatibility.
